Local Presence - Trademark - Australia Trademark

Trademark registration (word mark for 1 class):
- INCLUDES: The fees include all official fees from the IP Office and our Attorneys fees for the case analysis, preparation and filing, including the Certificate of Registration (digital version).
- EXCLUDES: They do not include legal defenses in case of official objections from the IP Office or opposition from third parties.
- DURATION: The process in Canada takes approximately 22 months until completion from filing to final disposition, depending on the examination timeline and any office actions or delays.
- POWER OF ATTORNEY: No Power of Attorney is required in Australia
