Registration/renewal:
The domain must match the local company name or local trademark.
The expiration date is always December 31st.
Please provide us with:

the signed and stamped application form.

the local company incorporation certificate.

the copy of the certified letter of incorporation from the Ministry of Commerce.
Processing time is 10 business days after reception of all the documents required.
Service Agreement domain:
If registrant has no local right, the registry offers a solution to register this domain today despite the absence of right of a registrant.
In this case, please provide us with:

the foreign company incorporation certificate (in English) and
-
the attached service agreement signed and stamped, whereby client agrees to relinquish the domain name in case a local company with the same name requests this domain name registration, since they would have the priority.
This solution enables client to register the domain today, despite the fact that client has no right yet, until client registers a local TM or company in Cambodia.
