Local presence required for both registrant and admin.
If you wish to use our local presence, when you place your order, you simply need to type in local presence contact details.

* How long does registration typically take?
=> Real Time.
* Can registrants be both individuals and legal entities?
=> Yes (it must be a local person or company)
* Admin contact has to be an individual? No restriction.
* Requirements :
* Admin contact ID number? No
* Application form to be signed by the admin contact? No. Admin contact is not used for any notification. Only use registrant’s contact Email are used.
* Company registration number and VAT number? no.
* Subdomains ? .co.kr
[Renewal]
- Late renewal possible? Until when? 30 days after expiration date.
- Restoration possible? No. KR domain name will be released after ‘Late renewal period : 30 days.
- Early Deletion possible? Yes
[Other Rules]
- Provide IDN registration? IDN.KR and IDN+(ASCII).IDN(xn--3e0b707e) are available.
[Transfer]
- How to transfer? => You need to provide the auth code.
- Will the expiration date reset or +1 year? Transfer implies 1 year renewal
- Auth code and unlock TransferProhibited? Yes.
[Owner Change]
-How to change the owner? You can update the info as you want but the registrant and admin contacts should remain in Korea.
