This document applies if registrant has no local right in Cambodia to register a domain and provides a solution to enable registration of domain immediatly. Later on, registrant can apply for a local trademark to give the proper legal basis to its domain.
Provide us with the attached service agreement signed and stamped, whereby client agrees to relinquish the domain name in case a local company with the same name requests this domain name registration, since they would have the priority.
