This is just an example of local representative's company certificate that needs to be provided by client
POA for co.th and in.th based on foreign TMThis letter needs to be signed by client. It must be used for all domains based foreign TM, even international TM designating Thaïland. The local representative can be any local representative of client, such as client's IP law firm.
Transfer request formThis is the form that client needs to fill out. It has to be printed on company letterhead and stamped. A copy is sufficient, no original required.
